If you want to be a successful article marketer, you have to first find your article marketing technique. You will not make any money just by simply copying someone's writing style. You will fail and it won't be pretty. You have to find your own writing style as an article marketer.

When someone reads an article, they are reading about the author. They are not reading what the article is about. They are reading about what the author is about. The author's story is written into their article. Their article lives and breathes their authors name. When you read work written by someone, you should know that the content was made by that author, and no one else. When you create an article, it needs to be unique and it has to show your writing style.

Your writing style can be anything you want it to be. Just make your writing style authentic. When people read an article that isn't authentic, and it just looks like something copied and pasted, they won't care about you or your product. You have to make your article original and fact filled. When you have learned to master this, your profits will soar in.

Sometimes is takes weeks to find your writing style. This is okay! The more you write, the more you'll get closer to your writing style. Even if you think your found it, keep writing. Your writing style will always elude you. But if you keep writing, the closer you'll get to your perfect writing style. This is what is going to make you money. Your originality is the only thing that divides you from everyone else around you. Grasp it.

Here are some fast article marketing tips that can help your website get a bigger presence online in just a short period of time:

1.) Quality content never gets old. Articles need not to be longer than 500 words, but they need to be full of interesting information if you want them to be popular. Nevertheless, there is no reason to worry; writing articles for marketing purposes don't have to be perfect. They only have to be meaningful and entertaining to read.

2.) Submit your articles to a lot of popular article syndication sites. It may seem like a tedious data entry job, but stick to doing it. The more high-quality article directories you send your articles to, the more chances they have to reach a wider audience who'll appreciate their value.

3.) You can also market your articles as an online magazine, or e-zine. You can use your e-zine as a means to get hold of your visitors email address by asking for their contact details before they can sign up to get issues.

Driving targeted prospects to your website, capturing their contact information and closing a sale can be difficult without four basic elements of marketing: 1) building the relationship, 2) keeping clients informed, 3) aligning your brand and 4) selling (closing the deal). When these segments are implemented properly, you have developed a B.I.A.S. towards your company, resulting in an advantage and influence over prospects that sets you apart from competitors.

What is B.I.A.S. Marketing?

B.I.A.S. Marketing drives prospects to your website, increasing your ability to capture important contact information for future sales. When implemented correctly, you leverag your chances to identify, attract and capture targeted prospects and then turn them into loyal clients.

Elements of an effective B.I.A.S. Marketing campaign include:

Building and maintain relationships. Develop an unfair advantage over competitors. Provide products and services that create two-way communication between potential prospects and your business. To accomplish this, first know who your target customers are. You can identify these individuals by breaking your ideal target audience into the smallest category possible of individuals who specifically want and need your services.

Once you have matched your product or service with the right prospects, focus on the problem that troubles them on a daily basis. Present your workable solution that solves the problem, and viola, you become their go-to person and problem solver. You have created the beginnings of a potentially profitable long-term relationship. Continue solving problems and you will have clients for life.

Inform. Provide general information or resources for your customers. Become passionate about your clients customers and products. Gain their attention by supplying information that demonstrates your interest and commitment to their success.

For example, keep abreast of new technologies that may impact their industry, send informative articles, monitor trends, and introduce them to your network of non-competing clients, which may open doors for joint venture opportunities or affiliations. Take it for granted that clients memories are short. They may not even remember you even when they need your services. Strengthen the relationships by communicating frequently and the doors for profitable business opportunities with remain open.

Align. Stay in tune with your branding or overall business objectives. Never forget your ultimate goals: creating long-term profitable relationships and loyalty between you and your customers.

Ensure that every time you touch your client, i.e. communicate in some manner, the connection advances your objective and can be easily associated with your companys mission and purpose. In other words, stay true to your own business objective and personality and at the same time, become a valuable asset in the clients mind.

Sell. Supply methods to close the deal. Your ultimate goal is to make the sale. To accomplish this, create a clearly defined Value Positioning Statement (VPS), or as it is sometimes called Unique Selling Proposition (USP), and include the following as part of your B.I.A.S. Marketing strategy:

Market your solutions and benefits, not features, and integrate that core marketing message into everything you do. Assume your customers are unaware of everything you do

Communicate your capabilities regularly with a well-defined stay-in-touch program

Maintain an up-to-date customer database, regularly telling prospects what actions you want them to take

Make it as easy as possible for prospects to conduct business by eliminating risk

Make your website assessable and pull them in for the sale. Provide several ways for them to contact you and/or purchase your product.

By implementing this B.I.A.S. Marketing strategy your target prospects will come, purchase and return. You will achieve your ultimate business objective of gaining loyal customers and creating profitable relationships.

A few days ago, I wrote about SEO and some of the ways to help make your URL more search engine friendly. I also talked about the other ways of improving your SEO by getting other sites to link to you. Remember that there is essentially 2 main types of links:

1) One-Way Links
2) Reciprocal Links

(Yes, I know there are circular links, three-way links, etc, but these can technically be included in the "one-way" links categories...we will discuss that in a second). First, a reciprocal link is one where you are offering links one-for-one with another website: "If you put my URL on your website, I will place your link on my website." This is the foundation of what people refer to as a "link exchange." Mind you, a link exchange can be more than just an eye for an eye. This can include: "If you put my site on your site, I will link back to yours from another one of my websites". Also, some people swap URLs in circular manners. This is a follow-on of the last thing I talked about. Let's take a step back for a second and review the two:

Reciprocal Link: site A <-> site B
Three-Way Link: URL A -> URL B -> URL C
So the Circular link is as follows:
Circular Link: URL A -> URL B -> URL C -> site A

Now the big issue is: Does it matter?, there is a lot of concern on whether reciprocal links are really worth anything? Do they cancel each other out? Secondly, what is the difference between the Three-Way link, the Circular link and is that a concern?

Basically, there is really no answer to any of these questions. What I do know is this:

1) One-Way links are better than Reciprocal Links
2) Three-Way links are superior than Circular Links. There is some belief that Google, for example, is smart enough to realize the full circle of links.
3) Any link that is directed to your website (reciprocal or not) is a good backlink.

You will not be penalized for who links to YOU. However, who you link TO needs to be given some consideration. Remember, you are GIVING your PageRank with whomever you are linking to. Further, if you are linking to not related, obsolete, or removed websites, Google may punish you for it.

But at the end of the day, getting links pointing to your website is always a good thing. I will go over some great ways of getting one-way links in upcoming articles. Until then...

You can use an autoresponder program to automatically send articles to all your customers. The autoresponder program can be set up to deliver emails at set intervals to a list of email addresses. You could gather together all your articles into one giant electronic book. Then simply transfer your text to the autoresponder and let it do the work for you. Some people prefer to read books this way because they can download the information into their PDAs and take it with them wherever they go. This could be an excellent gift idea you could offer free to your regular customers.

Submit to free article directories. There are countless article directories that accept copies for free. This will surely give you maximum exposure as they do have lots of subscribers. Don't forget to add a well-written resource box, with appropriate link going to your website.Load your articles with information. The main reason why someone is reading your copy is because he or she is looking for information. So stop beating around the bush and get to the point.

Do your research carefully, because that's the only way to get information that is consistently timely and accurate. There is a nearly infinite amount of data on the internet, most of it known to very few people, and you can use that data to support your articles. Articles need to appear professional, so make sure that you proofread them to eliminate spelling and grammar errors that can detract from your message.

Talk to online businesses that are similar to yours, but not direct competitors. Many websites are related to yours and seeking out new content that you could provide, so by calling or e-mailing them to let them know you are interested, you may have a better chance of getting an article published on their site to attract traffic to your site.
